When you sign up for a session, I will email you a fairly long intake form, which you can email or mail back to me before your initial appointment. This form includes information such as your health history, current health concerns, current lifestyle and habits, and a 3-day food journal.
When you set up an initial appointment, I will schedule it as a 90-minute meeting on Zoom and send you the link.
During our meeting time together, we will discuss your health concerns, your health habits and goals, and I will be asking lots of questions as well as tuning into my intuition, in order to collaborate with you on a suggested herbal protocol plan moving forward. You also decide then if you want to source your own herbal remedies or have me prepare your custom formulas.
We will also have a follow-up appointment some weeks later, and check in about how things are going and how much progress you are making towards your wellness goals.
Session fee covers the (90-minute) Initial appointment, and one (20-30 minute) Follow-up appointment.
